We have a dedicated team responsible for services repair, the team are stationed in our exchange across the country for quick response and works on a shift basis

The official working hours is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday), however our sales outlets work from 8:00AM to 8:00PM everyday while technician works on shift duties to respond to faults as reported

The usage report will be provided upon Request

Gamtel have a special installation package, customer is advised to use Gamtel authorized router for compatibility issue
